Default Issues streaming to mobile devides

    Hi,
We are having a problem with streaming to mobile Ipads and phones. We have tried new application.xml files and gone thru our sites with no success. When I try to connect an IPad to the stream I get this set of errors

WARN server comment streamtest MediaReaderH264.open[1]: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /usr/local/WowzaMediaServer/content/streamtest (No such file or directory)
WARN server comment streamtest MediaReaderH264.open[1]: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /usr/local/WowzaMediaServer/content/streamtest (No such file or directory)
WARN server comment streamtest MediaReaderH264.open[1]: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /usr/local/WowzaMediaServer/content/streamtest (No such file or directory)
    INFO cupertino connect 1959342890 -
    INFO stream create streamtest -
WARN server comment streamtest MediaReaderH264.open[1]: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /usr/local/WowzaMediaServer/content/streamtest (No such file or directory)
    ERROR server comment - MediaReaderH264Cupertino.indexFile:java.lang.NullPointerException

The ipad just keeps trying to connect to the stream and never does. The flash player works fine. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Is it a live stream? If so, add "cupertinostreamingpacketizer" to the /conf/[app-name]/Application.xml /Streams /LiveStreamPacketizers

    <LiveStreamPacketizers>cupertinostreamingpacketizer</LiveStreamPacketizers>

Thanks that was the problem. Any reason you can think of that it would vanish off a running Wowza server?

By default it is empty. If you have previously added it, I don't know how it got undone. Wowza does not modify its own configuration files in any way.
