    Default Ios load balancing

    HI,
    I have set up the load balancing, but our mobile devices are not balancing. I have read thru and tried to use the load balancer http page but it does not seem to get anywhere Here is a what we have written into the player.

    { type: "html5",
    config: {
    file: "http://xx.xx.xx.xx:1935/loadbalancer"
    }
    },
    { type: "flash",
    src: "/jwplayer/player.swf",
    config: {
    provider: "rtmp",
    streamer: "rtmp://xx.xx.xx.xx:1935/redirect",
    file:"streamtest",
    "stretching": "exactfit",
    }
    },

    I know that there is something easy (I hope) that I am missing here. Any thoughts?

    You can use the HTTP method of getting the least loaded server in your application server while you are forming this response.

    Or you can use XMLHTTPRequest to get least loaded server with HTTP method from the browser.

    And take a look at this user's server-side solution:

    Richard,

    Will there be a tutorial example to show how this is set up in the future? Maybe an update to the Readme.html for the Dynamic Load Balancer AddOn? It would be nice to see the actual steps involved and how it actually works.

    You can use the http method with anything that can load http resource: php, asp, jsp, javascript, etc. It would be out of scope for us to document all the ways.
