Unhappy iptv combine 4x not woriking with wowza 3

hi i need help my setup is as follow

i have a netup iptv combine 4x broadcasting live streaming over a static ip and i am running the latest wowza server on another static ip.
this was working before, when we had the wowza server on the same sub-net with the netup.

    wowza running on
    hp with windows 7 64bit , 6gb ram
    on a static ip

netup combine 4x on a different static ip

from the netup we need to send the signal to the wowza server to be converted
to h264 and then to our site for the player to show the stream.

    thanks

Try following the IP camera tutorial:

Looks like mpeg2 video with mp3 audio.

Re-start Wowza, start the stream and try to play it back with the Wowza FlashRTMPPlayer. Then zip up /conf and /logs folders and send to support@wowza.com

Re-starting Wowza first is important. Include the whole /conf folder. You only have to send the current access and error logs.

You can have a template for each stream by creating templates with the same names. E.g. /transcoder/templates/myStream.xml

You can set the Framesize in the template

The file was not openable, Winzip could not unzip it.

Re-start Wowza, do a fresh test, then zip up and send /conf, /logs and /transcoder folders to support@wowza.com

Make sure to do the re-start before testing, include those 3 folders, and send the files to suppor@wowza.com to open a ticket.
