    <script type="text/javascript">
            jwplayer("player").setup({
            file: "myManifest.smil",

    I got it working with JW Player 6 RTMP Dynamic Streaming and iOS ABR like this:
    <html>
    <head>
    <title>JW Player 6</title>

    <script type="text/javascript" src="/jwplayer/jwplayer.js" ></script>
    <script>jwplayer.key="[jwplayer-key]"</script>
    </head>

    <body>

    <div id="player">Loading the player...</div>

    <script type="text/javascript">

    jwplayer("player").setup({
        playlist: [{
            sources: [
                { file: "http://[wowza-address]:1935/vod/smil:sample.smil/jwplayer.smil" },
            ],
        }],
        sources: [{
    	            file: "http://[wowza-address]:1935/vod/sample.mp4/playlist.m3u8"
            }]
    });
    </script>
    </body>
    </html>
    Note the playlist file http://wowza-address:1935/vod/smil:sample.smil/jwplayer.smil, which is a produced by Wowza using this built-in technique:
    http://www.wowza.com/forums/content....a-Media-Server

    JW Player uses this smil client-side for it's RTMP Dynamic implementation.

    You still have to do all the same things server-side. What I showed is how to playback ABR in JW player 6
