    Both versions look the same.

    Try the latest Sun/Oracle JDK.

    im trying to get rid of openjdk and install sun

    but when i do java -version it gives me

    OpenJDK Runtime Environment (rhel-2.3.4.el5_9.1-x86_64)
    OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 23.2-b09, mixed mode)

    is there any way to tell wowza to use sun ? they are installed in diffrent directories

    ok sorted..

    java -version
    java version "1.6.0_35"
    Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_35-b10)
    Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.10-b01, mixed mode)


    now we will see how it works ill try this streamstartup config also

    im quiet sure its the java causing this problem.. i will install thats recommended by wowza
    Please note:
    You can't have 2 .stream files with the same StreamName so you'll have to change one of them.
    For example you could have "camera1.stream" and "camera2.stream"
