Default VOD H264 to VP6 FLV Transcoding

As I understand Wowza cannot VOD Vp6 encoded FLV files,
Is it possible to transcode the a VOD h264 file to VP6 FLV?

Wowza can stream VP6 encoded flv files to Flash RTMP players. For all other clients you must have .mp4 (or other quicktime container, .mov, .3gp, etc) files containing h.264 Main or Baseline profile video and AAC or MP3 audio.

Wowza does not transcode files, but take a look at this article for guidance:

    Thanks for the quick response,
Is there a manual location for properties of VP6 that is allowed,
Testing a default FLV file with VOD application on a Wowza install. Wondering what we are getting wrong,

I am trying to play it back in the Wowza VideoOnDemand FlashRTMPPlayer. I'd like to see it. I know Zilker Park very well, spent many days swimming in Barton Springs in the 80s, and was back there last summer, have family there.

Anyway, it's not playing, but it is there is no playback error. How was it encoded? Can you try re-encoding with FFmpeg or Expression 4 Encoder?
