    Question wowzaplayduration : video stops, audio keeps playing

    I use VOD to stream an MP4 video with the following command :

    http://IP:1935/vod/video.mp4/Manifes...yduration=6000
    I use the sample smoothstreaming player.
    Now, when I try to play with the link above, the progress bar show exactly the 6 seconds, the video stops playing after this time, but the audio keeps playing until the end of the file.
    I updated to Wowza 3.5.2, with the same problem.

    The Wowza output is this :

    So that looks OK to me.

    Erwin,

    Do you get the same result with the Wowza sample.mp4?

    Please first apply patch 7 and test again:
    http://www.wowza.com/forums/content....lopment-Builds

    If same, zip up and send the /conf and current access log that shows testing since applying patch 7 to support@wowza.com

    Include the video if it is a reasonable size, or post in on your web server and send a link to download.

    Include a link to this thread for reference.

    This is in the bug log. A patch including a fix for this problem will be forthcoming soon.
