    Hi there,

    A few questions:
1: Can you find any corresponding logging messages in the access and error log?
2: What are you using for play back?
3: What protocol are you using and what does the url look like??
4: What happens if you refresh the player?

If it happens randomly and there are no messages it may be a network issue between the client and Wowza.

2: What are you using for play back? Live stream
3: What protocol are you using and what does the url look like?? rtmp://ip/app?token=token
4: What happens if you refresh the player? works after few refreshes

This sounds like a network issue, but here are a few more questions:

1: Are you using JW Player to play the stream or some other player?
2: How often does this happen?
3: How many connections when this occurs?
4: Can you re-start Wowza and check the logs to see if there are any messages?
