    Hi,
Have you tried connecting via HTTP on the Android device?
I think it was version 4.0 that they made Android support cupertino streaming (Apple HLS)

Add "cupertinostreamingpacketizer" to the "<LiveStreamPacketizers></LiveStreamPacketizers>" section is you haven't done so already.
    <LiveStreamPacketizers>cupertinostreamingpacketizer</LiveStreamPacketizers>

Then try (when the live stream is running):
    http://211.20.224.103:1935/live/mystream1/playlist.m3u8

I also had a look into the error you're getting, I did a search for "RTPUDPTransport.bind" and according to this page:
    http://www.wowza.com/forums/content....error-messages

Cause: 2 or 4 bind lines, followed quickly by 2 or 4 unbind lines indicate a failed UDP session, ports blocked. Typically the problem is with the firewall on the computer where Wowza Media Server is installed. It could also be the router, proxy in the environment, or carrier network in RTSP streaming application.

It's very handy to have a note of this page if you should find an error and you're trying to fix it yourself.

but , if use google chrome can;t paly, this is normal reasons for it .

HLS only support ios+safari or android 4.2 + internal browser?

    Hi,
I thought you had everything working in the web browsers?
When playing in a web browser use Flash url :
    rtmp://211.20.224.103:1935/live/mystream1
When you play the stream with Android use the cupertino streaming (Apple HLS) url :
    http://211.20.224.103:1935/live/mystream1/playlist.m3u8
If your website's embedded player doesn't support HLS streaming you can just create a separate link for the Android and Apple devices and they will play with the device's internal player.
The link would be the url above.

I think the JWplayer 6 range supports Apple HLS.
