    Default Mobile Web application

We have a live streaming project based on Flash and Wowza. The project includes live video streaming, text chat and some other interactions. Our broadcasters and viewers use flash web applications to communicate/broadcast/view.
Now we want to make a mobile version of our project. At this point we need it only for the viewers - so we need only playing the live streams and sending chat messages. It's very important that we need web application working in the mobile browser and not standalone application. We want to target iOS and Android.
Can you give me any guidlines?

    Thank you in advance.
