    Default Server.licenses setup

    Hello,

How should this file be set-up for multiple licenses?

If I have a developers key and a 1-day key, will the 1-day key be recognized and once it expires, will the developers key be used?

    take care,

    Hi Lee,
You can try but I don't think that it will work, I have never heard of doing this.

    Hello,

So, after the one day license has expired, we should switch back to the developer key so we can do development and updates on the server?

Yes, unless it falls back to the dev license after the 1-day license expires.

If you have a 1 day license and a dev license in the same file, it will either throw an error, work until the 1 day license expires, then throw an error, or fall back to the dev license and continue to work.

    Hello,

Thanks. So, are you saying you don't know for sure what will happen?

It would be great to know for sure. I am working on an app that allows my client to update the license remotely and I need to know if I can stack licenses like this or if I should make the app switch-out the licenses.

I am pretty sure that won't work, but you can easily try it.
