    Is the HTTPProvider listed in your VHost.xml?

    /conf/VHost.xml /HostPort /HTTProviders

    <HTTPProvider>
    <BaseClass>com.wowza.wms.plugin.livestreamrecord.HTTPLiveStreamRecord</BaseClass>
    <RequestFilters>livestreamrecord*</RequestFilters>
    <AuthenticationMethod>none</AuthenticationMethod>
    </HTTPProvider>

    Place it second to last in that group.

    Are there any log errors in your _error.log or access.log files? You added the corresponding jar files to your [install-dir]/lib folder correct?

    Hi,
    Reason of the problem can be jar files?

    error_log

    First I'd recommend not changing the order of the HTTP Providers as there isn't an advantage in doing so. Secondly, Did you copy over the .jar files from the LiveStreamRecord module? There should be two that I don't see above:

    wms-plugin-livestreamrecord.jar
    wms-plugin-integrationrecord.jar

    If you don't have them, you can grab another copy here:

    Live Stream AddOn
