Lightbulb vod streaming problem to macosx systems with x264 level > 3.0

    Hello,

I am having an issue with correct vod streaming from wowza with x264 videos having level > 3.0 to the macosx (checked already on 3 different systems). Mostly the problem is seen as garbled picture in lower part of the player screen.

here is the link to the test public stream: http://dev.jroger.org/z_test2.html

If i download a file and try playing it locally, no problem is seen.

the video is encoded in 2 passes with the following cmdlines:

    /usr/bin/ffmpeg -y -threads 4 -i "INPUT_FILE" -map 0:0 -c:v libx264 -keyint_min 48 -g 96 -bufsize 1200k -b:v 1200k -minrate:v 1100k -maxrate:v 1300k -profile:v baseline -level:v 3.1 -preset:v fast -filter:v "scale=iw*min(640/iw\,360/ih):ih*min(640/iw\,360/ih),pad=640:360:(640-iw)/2:(360-ih)/2" -an -pass 1 -passlogfile 640x360_1264k -tune zerolatency -flags +cgop -f rawvideo /dev/null

    /usr/bin/ffmpeg -y -threads 4 -i "INPUT_FILE" -map_chapters -1 -map 0:0 -c:v libx264 -keyint_min 48 -g 96 -bufsize 1200k -b:v 1200k -minrate:v 1100k -maxrate:v 1300k -profile:v baseline -level:v 3.1 -preset:v fast -filter:v "scale=iw*min(640/iw\,360/ih):ih*min(640/iw\,360/ih),pad=640:360:(640-iw)/2:(360-ih)/2" -map 1:0 -metadata:s:a:0 language=rus -c:a copy -map 2:0 -metadata:s:a:1 language=rus -c:a copy -map 3:0 -metadata:s:a:2 language=eng -c:a copy -pass 2 -passlogfile 640x360_1264k -tune zerolatency -flags +cgop -f mp4 "OUTPUT_FILE"

the problem can be observed on macosx only. windows, ipads, iphones are working fine.
as long as the level is lower than 3.1 this kind of problem is not seen.

    hello,

the problem seems to be related to the jwplayer, not the wowza. tried playing the same movie with uppod. the problem is not seen.
