    Hi,

    If the base64 is displayed correctly then you have a space near the end (8 chars from the end). This will cause a base64 decode problem. Base64 should be a continuous string.

    Also, did you try including the "mp4:http/" part in the encoded stream name?

    Dear Richard

    Yes, i have added "mp4:http/" in the test player, I have added below in http2 source

    <Property>
    <Name>base64DecodeStreamName</Name>
    <Value>true</Value>
    <Type>Boolean</Type>
    </Property>
    </Properties>

    May I have use below string as example

    http://202.55.12.13/sohu/vod/NC8Ym5o...&prod=h5&eye=0

    I use "http://www.base64encode.org/" to encode (utf-8) "202.55.12.13/sohu/vod/NC8Ym5oXmxmXppmapRqrsbabsSk7J7usLDYwoio5Gxc2uBofB.mp4?key=jMYDSLLaCKzaDAxen25qo0tUinkBm1A92mA99A..&n =1&a=32&cip=203.98.135.186&uid=1394769727010411&plat=17&pg=null&pt=5&ch=tv&vid=1636542&prod=h5&eye=0 "

    and I then I enter

    mp4:http2/MjAyLjU1LjEyLjEzL3NvaHUvdm9kL05DOFltNW9YbXhtWHBwbWFwUnFyc2JhYnNTazdKN3VzTERZd29pbzVHeGMydUJvZkIubXA0P2tleT1qTVlEU0xMYUNLemFEQXhlbjI1cW8wdFVpbmtCbTFBOTJtQTk5QS4uJm49MSZhPTMyJmNpcD0yMDMuOTguMTM1LjE4NiZ1aWQ9MTM5NDc2OTcyNzAxMDQxMSZwbGF0PTE3JnBnPW51bGwmcHQ9NSZjaD10diZ2aWQ9MTYzNjU0MiZwcm9kPWg1JmV5ZT0w
    and below error is still found

    Hi,

    In your MediaCache source configuration, add the following property.

    <Property>
            <Name>debugHTTPRequests</Name>
            <Value>true</Value>
            <Type>Boolean</Type>
    </Property>
    This will print the decoded url that is requested from your web server.

    Roger.

    I will try it, but again I would think the "mp4:http2/" part should be Base64 encoded as well, not in plain text in the player, because it is part of the stream name.

    Sorry, correction, in my test you do have to enter the prefix in plain text and just Base64 encode the part after that like:
