Default Kulabyte bandwdth adjustments causing Wowza live stream record errors

    Hello-

I am publishing to Wowza with a Kulabyte encoder. I am having some occasional bandwidth problems and Kulabyte auto-adjusts the bitrate. Kulabyte has confirmed the the bandwidth adjustments can cause the audio and video to get out of sync which then causes skips in the file recorded at wowza. Are there any adjustments of configurations that I can make to deal with the audio/video sync problems?

    Thanks,
    Mark

    Hi,
I would take a look at the Live Stream Troubleshooting articles here.
A sort buffer may help with A/V sync issues.
The usefulness of the others on that page will depend on the type of stream you are pushing.
