    Default Some times transcoder does not encode a video.

    Hello. Sorry for my english its not my native language.
    I have following input stream from fmle: 720p, h264 baseline, level 31, key fame 3

    It's transcoded into 2 streams 720p and 360p

    <Encode>
    <Enable>true</Enable>
    <Name>720p</Name>
    <StreamName>mp4:${SourceStreamName}_2</StreamName>
    <Video>
    <!-- H.264, H.263, PassThru, Disable -->

    I have transcode 720p because i need to put watermark.

    <Decode>
    <Video>
    <Deinterlace>false</Deinterlace>
    <Overlays>
    <Overlay>
    <Enable>true</Enable>

    <Width>${ImageWidth}</Width>
    <Height>${ImageHeight}</Height>
    <!-- horiz: left, right, hcenter - vert: top, bottom, vcenter -->
    <Align>right,top</Align>
    </Location>
    </Overlay>
    </Overlays>
    <Parameters>
    </Parameters>
    </Video>
    <Properties>
    </Properties>
    </Decode>

    As title says sometimes transcoder dont have got outgoing video stream in 720p profile.
    Output from ffplay:

    Duration: N/A, start: 0.000000, bitrate: 95 kb/s
    Stream #0:0: Video: none, 1k tbr, 1k tbn, 1k tbc
    Stream #0:1: Audio: aac, 44100 Hz, stereo, fltp, 95 kb/s

    But in same time audio stream and streams from 360p profile encodes without a problems.

    The log shows no erros and in access log transcoder.session allways started for both profiles

    Can you clarify what you mean by "sometimes"? Is there any pattern to when it works and when it doesn't?

    The bitrate of the 720p transcode is "2399999", or 2.4mbs, which is very high; it is probably higher than the input.

    By sometimes i mean really sometimes. It can transcodes or cannot, when it not i had to restrat wowza, sometimes it helped.
    Current input bitrate 2,5 mb/s.

    In my another profile for 720p bitrate is <Bitrate>2099999</Bitrate> input bitrate is 2.2 mbs and there was same problem.
