I think i found the problem.
In log file writing a log sample :

    2013-11-10 00:00:28 1509560437 78.179.26.173 play radio1.stream WIN 11,9,900,117
    2013-11-10 00:00:28 1509560437 78.179.26.173 disconnect - WIN 11,9,900,117

disconnect string doesnt include a stream name.
How can i write x-sname for disconnected users ?

The disconnect event for rtmp clients is associated with NetConnection and not NetStream which is why it won't have stream name information at that point.
