    Default Use HTTPS for an HTTP Provider?

    I'm currently using an http provider to serve an xml file. However, it is now required that the file is served through HTTPS. I've googled around but haven't found anything yet. Anyone has any idea on how to do this?

    Currently the code looks something like this:

    public class NodeInfo extends HTTProvider2Base {
            public void onHTTPRequest(IVHost vhost, IHTTPRequest req, IHTTPResponse resp) {
                    if (!doHTTPAuthentication(vhost, req, resp))
                    //Build xml
                    try {
                            resp.setHeader("Content-Type", "text/xml");
                            OutputStream out = resp.getOutputStream();
                            byte[] outBytes = xml.toString().getBytes();
                    } catch (Exception e) {
    Is it just setting a property in the Application.xml file?

    Thank you!

    You will need to enable the ssl hostport in the VHost.xml and put your http provider there.

    If you need https on the admin hostport then you can replicate the existing ssl hostport settings and change the port number.
