I am using this http call to get thumbnail.

    http://[wowza-ip-address]:8086/trans...l?application=[application-name]&streamname=[stream-name]&format=[jpeg or png]&size=[widthxheight]

wowza printing log stream not found for the video.
    how to get this.

Are you sure you have the Wowza Transcoder running and actively transcoding the video portion of a stream?

Can you post your log messages?
Delete you log file, [install-dir]/logs/wowzamediaserver_access.log. Restart Wowza in stand-alone (/bin/startup.bat) mode, try to grab the thumbnail and post the output from the console.
