    Default New License and procedure to update new license file

    HI Team,

    I am using the Wowza license in our organization and we are facing this issue with license.

    in DlvHighEnd_console.log i see this error:

    2014-01-15 04:57:26 ERROR server comment - macFilter: nomatch

    How do i confirm if this is license expiration issue or change in MAC address?
    How do i confirm what is the location of license files in the production system?
    What is the procedure to apply new license file in production system?

    Please confirm. Thanks.

    Hello,

    Please open up a ticket with the Support team by sending an email to support@wowza.com. Also attach a .zip archive of your Wowza configuration and log files so we can take a closer look.
    You can find the conf/ and logs/ folders in your Wowza installation directory, which may be one of the following, depending on the type of the OS you have Wowza running on:
    Windows: %PROGRAMFILES%\Wowza Media Systems\Wowza Media Server [version]
    Mac OS X: /Library/WowzaMediaServer
    Linux/Unix: /usr/local/WowzaMediaServer

    Hi Zoran,

    I have shared the config over my gmail ID as i cannot attach the config in my official ID due to size constraint. Please review and share your findings. Thanks.

    Hi John and Team,

    Just got the update internally, that there was a hardware change and mac address has been changed. Please let us know the procedure to get new license with updated mac address. Thanks.
