Hello,

We would like to take a look at your Wowza logs and configuration files in order to get an idea what is happening on your server that would cause the memory to run out.

Can you please open a support ticket and send a ZIP archive containing your Wowza conf/, logs and bin/ folder to support@wowza.com. Please mention this forum post in your support ticket.

Zoran

If you haven’t already, follow Zoran’s suggestion to open a support ticket.
