I need a Web-based Panel to Control the Multiple-Users (CONTENT UPLOADERS), so that i can have following features -
Detailed description

Allow “multiple” Users (Content Uploaders) to upload their own video files (also possibly with multiple ABR files. Meaning, one Video may have multiple files, for ABR purpose)

Once a user has uploaded a Video, they will straight-away get the EMBED-CODE for their Video (ABR files must also be configured if there any)

There must be essential CRUD functions over the Videos for the Users they have uploaded.

All Users can again be centrally manageable by the Admin(s).
