    Question Update wowza 4.0.1 to 4.0.3 problem

    Hello, I am updating my wowza server engine version from 4.0.1 to 4.0.3 in a debian server, but whe I stop wowzaserverengine and wowzaserverenginemanager, I try to execute [install dir]/updates/[update-dir]/linux/ sudo ./

    My server cant update because display this message all the time

    Verifying running as administrative user
    Verifying Java 1.6 or greater is available
    Locating installation directory
    Wowza Streaming Engine appears to be running. Please stop it before continuing.

    The wowzaserverengine and wowzaserverenginemanager are stoped

    Have you any idea what is happen?

    Can you verify the services are stopped by printing out processes as follows:
    ps -aux | grep "java"
