Default Add Stream File doesn't like subdirectory / character help

Wowza 4.0.3 is loaded on a server running SLES. We previously successfully used the following stream name path. 50/50_mather.stream
When this is tried in ver 4 using the Add Stream File the following error is encountered.
    Stream File: This field cannot contain the following characters: <> : / \ | ? ".. ~
Is there new way to access subdirectories in ver4?

    Default

The Manager is not setup at present to work with sub-folders for storing .stream files. It will work of course, and you can just add them through the file system as you've done with Wowza 3.
