Default Re-verb Audio Issue - Android GoCoder on Moto G

I'm experiencing an audio issue that sounds like re-verb or audio doubling. I'm using a stock Motorola Moto G smart phone.

Any suggestions to fix this issue?

What are you using to test playback? Are you testing locally? It might be feedback.

I am testing locally, but with headphones. If I snap my fingers near the android phone, I hear two snaps which are millisecond apart.

I've recorded a video using the native camera app on the phone. Audio does not have this issue using this method.

The okay recording shows that this is not occurring in GoCoder or Wowza. I would try to eliminate any possibility of feedback.

I've eliminate all possible feedback. I recorded a small clip of the stream using the servers recorded. I did not play the video locally while stream or recording.

I performed the same test and stream capture using and iPhone 4 and the same server instance.

Both streams were set to the same resolution (320x240), same fps (30), same key-frame interval (90), and used the same server.
