Lightbulb Tips for new Wowza server

Hello guys, this week I will hire a new dedicated.
I wonder which of these server options will get better performance in wowza.

    2 x Intel Xeon E5-2620 V2
    cores / threads 16c/32t
    128 GB DDR3 ECC 1600 MHZ
    2x2tb sata 3 HD

    or

    Intel Xeon E5-2670
    cores / threads c8/16t
    128 GB DDR3 ECC 1333MHz
    2x 3 TB SATA3 Hd

what would be the best choice?

    Thank you.

    Hi,
Both of these servers are good choices and meet our System Requirements. If you're doing live streaming and not recording the streams then Wowza will not require much disk space.
If you are recording the live streams then you may need to factor in the number of streams you're expecting to record and how long you wish to keep the recordings.

Please see the following articles which may be useful to you when configuring Wowza Streaming Engine.

How to run multiple instances of Wowza Media Server on one computer

    Regards,
    Jason
