Request Declined

Hi,

I tried to get the load testing tool (https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-get-flash-rtmp-load-test-tool).

I filled the from and got a decline Email.

I need to know how much I can load on the server in order to price my future product.

I sent an Email to: support@wowza.com and test@wowza.com and got back mail from tickets@wowza.com with request 98313 opened for me.

How can I follow it?

Or can you please help in some other way?

You can follow up on any support tickets by responding to the email you received from tickets@wowza.com. We can then update you on any actions resulting from the ticket you raised.

I think, it is the problem of network.
