Default Possibility of reducing delay of the stream?

is it possible to reduce the delay of the live stream, which takes about 2~3 seconds?

is there any way to reduce the delay time?

    Hi,

    Please see the following tutorial

    How-to-achieve-the-lowest-latency-from-capture-to-playback

It will reduce the latency for some situations but do remember there will be a buffer on the encoder and the player so you may not get below 1 or 2 seconds.

    Andrew.

So... Wowza is not really appropriate for really live-required systems eh?

    like... CCTVs, controling drones... etc.
