Default Where can we see the temporarily stored live streaming videos in wowza?

    Hi,

I observed that there is a recording option in wowza streaming engine for live videos. If we want to store, we can record and store the live streaming videos. But actually where can we see the live videos stored temporarily in wowza during live streaming?(i.e specify the temporarily stored live videos path in wowza streaming engine during live streaming).

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello there,

The recorded streams are written to what ever directory you have set in the Application.xml file. By default this is set to <StorageDir>content.

If you wish to write the files to a temporary directory and then move them, you can use this module:
How to move recordings from live streams (ModuleMediaWriterFileMover)

    Kind regards,

    Salvadore
