    Hello there,

This is really a network OS admin question. But the most important directories to keep up-to-date back ups on would be the following:

[install-dir]/conf | Wowza Media Server configuration files and license keys

    install-dir]/content
    | Video on demand files

[install-dir]/logs | Wowza Media Server log files (if needed for your own billing purposes for clients)

    [install-dir]/lib | Custom modules

    [install-dir]/transcoder/templates | Transcoder AddOn templates

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards,

    Salvadore

That's the basic idea. It may take a little work to sync everything up depending on custom modules etc. But if you have these files backed up you will be able to quickly get back up and running without much reworking to be done.

    Kind regards,
