Very high Wowza heap and memory usage

We have trouble with very high Wowza heap and memory usage

Server configuration 24GB RAM, Intel Xeon CPU E5-2640 16 cores

Now on server only 10 streams. nDVR recording is enabled

Now we have about 22GB Ram and 7.2Gb java heap, but wowza heap and memory still grows.
