Need a Consultant to help with creating publisher automatically from web app

Hello,

I have a web app where users registers, stream and share video update. The intention is to use wowza streaming engine at the background and users should be able to publish stream once they are registered on my web app. The published stream will appear on the user’s web app page.

The web app is already developed, but would need a consultant help in the area of automatic stream publishing.
