    Hi semiphoto,

But i cannot see video in my android devices.
For Android devices, it is best to use RTSP streaming. HLS is also supported, but may not be supported across all Android devices.

Also i cannot make live stream with RTSP/RTP ,my camera doesnt make a connection with wowza streaming server.
Have you gone through the article on connecting the RTSP stream? If you have, can you tell us what type of source camera you have, and what settings you have configured?

I need also help how to stream at youtube and ustream.
You would need to set up Push Publishing for YouTube and for ustream.
