Are you seeing the connection reach the server?
If the connection is reaching the server you should see it being printed to the Wowza log files.
[Wowza-Install]/logs/wowzastreamingengine_access.log.
If the connection is not reaching the server it’s likely a firewall issue between the source and Wowza.
If you require further assistance you may wish to open a support ticket by sending an email to support@wowza.com
When creating a ticket please include a ZIP file containing the following directories:
[Wowza-Install]/conf/
[Wowza-Install]/logs/
[Wowza-Install]/transcoder/
Please make sure you provide logs which show Wowza server starting.
