Default HLS Renditions in log file?

    Hi Guys,

I can see in my log file that a playlist.m3u8 is being requested. But is there any way to see which rendition the customer is playing?

I have a client logging in from the other side of the world and claiming the video quality is terrible. I just want to make sure he is getting the highest quality rendition.

    Hi,
There currently isn't a way to find which rendition is played from a playlist or manifest.

This is something we can consider adding in future products. I'll pass that along to our Product management team.
