Live Stream can't play on iPhone

I am running 3 cameras through Wowza so that they can be watched live by anyone on my website. I have two that are working perfectly but my third camera will not play on iPhones.

When I try to open the stream a play button shows up but then it moves off screen, sometimes by holding the phone sideways the play button can be seen with a slash through it.

All three cameras work correctly through web browsers, though some versions of IE won’t play correctly. They are visable here : http://www.rossmanrealtygroupinc.com/landingcams

If you click on each camera there will be a link to the iPhone stream below the web stream. The one that is not working is :

http://landings.rossmanrealty.com:1935/live/golf.stream/playlist.m3u8

That link WILL open in VLC, but not iPhones.

My other two cameras:

Are both working.

Hello there. Double check the profile of the stream that is not working in iPhone. It looks like that stream is using a profile of “high” while the other two are using “main”

Refer to the camera manufacturer’s documentation for encoding settings. You should be able to find somewhere to set the “profile”

That is strange. If you are still having an issue with that stream you can open a ticket with support so they can take a closer look.

I’m not sure how to check the profile. I probably should have mentioned that this 3rd camera IS a different brand of camera.

Where would I look to change the profile?

EDIT: I found the profile setting and changed it without results.

I changed the profile but it still isn’t working on iPhone.
