My recommendation would be to open a ticket with our support team and provide a ZIP file containing the [Wowza-Install]/conf/ directory and latest log files for analysis.
If you have multiple applications, please state which application you're using.
If you have an on-demand stream, please test using the sample content (sample.mp4) that ships with Wowza Streaming Engine.
