Default How many input live streaming support concurrently?

On the Amazon EC2 Guide, it lists total bitrate values that a single instance of a given instance type can handle for
    outgoing streaming.
However, if i want to know the incoming streaming instead of outgoing streaming, can I know how many input live streaming support concurrently?
For example, the instance size is m4.large or m4.xlarge (or others).
    Thanks.

    With a 1g nic (20% overhead accounted for.) = 800mbs throughput, which is 800 1 mbs streams, or 1600 500kbs streams.

You can use this formula for calculating:

number of users * stream bitrate + 20% IP overhead = total server bandwidth

You will have to test your actual server/network using the load test tool, or monitoring utilization in production. You must be properly tuned. And to achieve maximum levels you may have to tune your server and network in other ways outside Wowza.

To be more specific, i want to know is it one license can support one streaming only?
In other words, if i want to have two input streaming, then is it two servers needed to support?
    Thanks.

No, Wowza does not impose a limit to the number of streams or viewers to the streams. The limiting factor is usually bandwidth.
