Webm Transcoding - Can not play transcoded stream

I have set up my Wowza server followed this article:

https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-transcode-live-streams-to-webm-for-mpeg-dash-playback

The transcoded stream displayed “Active” in Incoming streams panel, but I can’t play it by any player, even test player of Wowza:

Status: source stream or file could not be found

Here is the access log when i try to play by test player

Anybody make it work? Can you give me some advice?

I update some screenshots for detail

I’m not sure that RTMP can work with Webm video but it can’t start my stream on Wowza RTMP player panel

Wowza MPEG-DASH player panel shows me that it can connect to the stream and get some manifests, but no video chunks can display?!

I have tested with Shaka player from this link: http://shaka-player-demo.appspot.com/demo/ and got the same result. Here is the Chome’s developer tool screen

I can see that it can get the video chunks but why doesn’t it play back, anybody give me some hints?

There is no one got this problem? No one has transcoded Webm successfully?

Hello,

The WebM transcode should work. I feel it would be best to open a support case for an Engineer to further review.

Please add your encoder details, OS version, system specs, and the below conf and logs.

[install-dir]/conf

[install-dir]/logs

[install-dir]/transcoder

[install-dir]/manager/logs

If you are not sure how to get this information please see the following tutorial.

Best,
