Advice for implementation and tools

Be so kind to provide us your advice for our task:

• application provides the ability for live streaming some events from smartphone or any other video input device for some representatives from a

group of application users

• this live video stream will be available for viewing by all visitors or for some group of them.

• after event occurred visitors can watch this video on the application site

• events are planned beforehand

• number of simultanious events is unknown and may differ a lot

• user can watch the list of concurrent live streams and the list of available videos as well.

All control and browsing should be available on application site.
