Help please!

I need this run only. We installed wowza streaming engine on linux server purchased by hostgator.

After that this url should be work. http://x.x.x.x:8088/enginemanager

After that. This ip is from server. x.x.x.x

Wowza support require log files from us which i already provide. But after that they informed that hostgator server is restart again and again. But we are doing this because I was thinking url will work after this and they are thinking problem is because of server restart but its not.

Wowza support says this issue is because of server port and shared tutorial to change it. Tutorial changes can only work when this

http://x.x.x.x:8088/enginemanager url work. Which is not working.

So now I can’t change it.

Any possible help would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you are still having issues, I suggest opening a support ticket HERE and you can share some of your information. Also include the /conf and /logs files for our review and a description of the issue at hand.
