I have sent a message to your e-mail, before 5 days (billing@ , tickets@, sales, etc…), and I have not received any answer from you!

I would suggest you to change the policy followed your customers, especially those who already pay so years and continue to pay…

The issue is resolved!

I would appreciate in the future be reply quicker, simple questions in the already customers they use your services.
