You cannot use Expression Encoder for live streaming, if that’s what you are asking. But it’s great for encoding multi-bitrate sets for vod streaming.

Pretty much anything that can stream using RTP/RTSP or RTMP and has H.264/AAC codec should work great for you. The list is pretty extensive.

could you point me to some of the programs like windows media encoder which wowza server supports for live streaming?
I consider to buy wowza server, but before I have to sure that it is compatible with some encoders.
