Transcoder not enable but billed

Few days ago, I received my WSE license fee, I noticed that a transcoder fee was added to my bill.

Now, I have never used transcoder addon, also I have no idea how to use that. I also checked my app instances at WSE and all shows transcoder not enable.

Only different thing I did last month was to publish a live stream to facebook. That count as transcoder service?

How could I check if transcoder was used at my wse ( again, I didnt activate that and I dont know how to use it )

Billing team already replied my ticket. But I have some doubts about how encoding works, for example:

1.) Publish a live stream to facebook. That count as transcoder service?

2.) How could I check if transcoder was used at my wse ( again, I didnt activate that and I dont know how to use it )
