Testing player feature is not working for default live application

We will need to know more information to debug your issue. Can you provide more details into your issue? Error messages in the logs?
Also, you can open a ticket here and submit your questions and issues. Please include a zip copy of your /conf and /log files in the ticket and we can assist that way.
