I new in wowza.
I need help to resolve my problem. I have website with channels live stream.
The clients report problemas when we see stream in android device, the video is loding and not play anything, but if e change the channel and and back the prev channel it started to play the stream?
I don’t see anything in logs error about this.
can you help me?

I’m not sure what you mean by changing the channel. Does the stream eventually play on the Android device? Does the stream play directly in a browser (I presume these are HLS streams)?
Do your VOD streams play - e.g. http://[WOWZA-IP]:1935/vod/sample.mp4/playlist.m3u8

I work with a multi stream and each stream is a channel tv.
If i access rtsp://myip:1935/live/leca.stream i see the stream correctly, but in my website app sometihing stay loding

RTSP playback may not be possible in your Android app. Have you tried using the Apple HLS stream?

It’s possible that your Android device is not compatible with the stream. Can you test on other Android devices? If it is still failing then please open a support ticket and include full details of your workflow as well as a zip of the following,
[install-dir]/logs
[install-dir]/manager
[install-dir]/conf
[install-dir]/transcoder
