I have signed up for the “free trial”. After one day I got a better encoder and wireless router but when i went to login in again it will not let me. Username & Password is able to login to the portal but not to the Cloud Stream Service UI. What is the issue?! I want to test one day and then buy. Not very good in building confidence in a service

Are you still having login issues with Wowza Cloud?
We did have an issue that was resolved with Cloud login. You can check the status of Wowa Cloud here.
