The VOD server-side playlist feature is not currently supported by Wowza. It is a feature we are looking into, however there is no definite time frame set of either if or when this feature may become available. You can, however, create a client side workaround and have the playlist managed by the player:

If you do not wish to perform a client side playlist then you should look at our LoopUntilLive module which is part of our StreamPublisher module.
