You need to enable source authentication for GoCoder. We have an article on how to add users to the approved list for streaming live content into your server.

For example, I have two users configured under Wowza Streaming Engine Manager / Server / Source Authentication and they are called “live” and “myGoCoder001”. After adding those I will see the two users in the Source User Name field.
