How can I fix "The server hostname or address is not recognized" error?

Dear all,

I started a live streaming example apps on Wowza Go Coder. But it just streams on Android Simulator. When I connect with my mobile phone, it can’t stream.

And I received this error: “The server hostname or address is not recognized”.

How can I fix it?

Please help me.

Please make sure that you are not adding the protocol in the server hostname (for example, rtmp://192.168.1.10). The GoCoder SDK uses the wowz protocol only, and you should not need to specify the protocol in the server address. Make sure that your device can ping the server hostname/port address as well.
